At Lilah's Place, we believe every family deserves to have a custom keepsake in honor of their Little One(s), regardless of their financial situation. Families that have 2 or less custom keepsakes due to financial constraints are eligible to request a free gift from us. A $25 donation covers the cost and shipping of a gift from Lilah's Place. FAQ

When will my first gift arrive?

Gifts arrive according to the package selected (gentle support, winter warmth, full embrace). For example, if you select your custom connection to be Valentine's Day, you will hear from us first in February, the week of Valentines Day. However, if you select your custom connection to be Easter, your first gift will arrive then.

All gifts are set to arrive prior to the occasion.

Will my membership auto renew?

No. Your membership will not auto renew. You will receive an e-mail from us when our 2026 Holiday Keepsake Products become available (approximately November of 2025), where you will have the option to assess the level of support needed for 2026, and select a new package.

Can I honor more than one child?

Yes! All of our designs were created to allow for up to TWO names to be included on products. If you list 2 Little Ones when you place your order, each gift will come with both of their names. (Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accommodate more than 2 names on a single order due to design spacing). If your Little Ones have separate birthdays, the surprise birthday gift will come on "child 1"s birthdate, but the product will be customized to honor both special birth dates for your Little Ones. What if I made a spelling/date error in my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at wellness@lilahsplace.org with your order information and the correct spelling/date of birth. As long as your gifts have not shipped yet, we will do our best to update your Keepsakes accordingly.

How long do i have to place my order for the 2025 packages?

We will be accepting orders for the 2025 collections through February 1st.

If your child's birthday is in January or February, you have until December 25th, 2025 to place your order to receive the birthday gift in January or February of 2025. If your order is placed after Dec. 25th, don't worry, we will still celebrate your Little One's birthday, but the gift will come for their birthday Jan/Feb of 2026. Do i have to be a parent to purchase the membership options?

No! Anyone (grandparents, aunts, friends, etc) can order a collection for themselves, or as a gift to a bereaved parent in their life. If you are not the parent of the Little One, but are ordering the collection for yourself, please type YOUR name in "Parent's name", and YOUR e-mail address for the order. If you are ordering the collection as a gift for someone, please type their name and their e-mail address. This ensures that e-mail communication as a part of the gifts received, go to the recipient of the Holdiay Keepsake Program.
